The Imagine8 team co-facilitated a Team Synergy Session specifically designed for school-based teams. Amanda Rosazza, Chief Imagination Officer, led the design and development of the session using the REACH LX Profiling Tool. This enabled participants to explore how their natural leadership and communication styles impact collaboration—and how to bridge differences for greater collective impact.
