Elevating Team Culture in Hospitality – A Two-Day Leadership Experience

In the hospitality sector, culture isn't a buzzword—it's the invisible system driving team behaviour, customer experience, and long-term retention. Our client was looking to strengthen leadership capability across multiple departments to support a more consistent, empowered, and performance-driven team culture. They needed a high-impact, on-site training experience that would equip their leaders to lead with intention, raise team standards, and connect employee experience (EX) directly to customer outcomes (CX).

Pre-Session Strategy Call

We kicked off the project with a strategic alignment session with key stakeholders to clarify organisational priorities, identify challenges on the floor, and co-design outcomes for the workshop experience.

The Solution: On-Site Leadership Experience

Imagine8 was engaged to design and deliver a tailored two-day in-person leadership development experience. The focus was on helping leaders at all levels build alignment, increase cultural ownership, and shift how they show up day-to-day to drive performance.

Leadership Experience – Day 1

Delivered to the first leadership group, this session focused on building personal responsibility for team culture.

Delivered to a second leadership cohort to ensure consistent exposure across teams. While the flow and outcomes remained aligned, discussions were tailored to the specific experiences, dynamics, and leadership levels of the group.
