Our client, operating across multiple roles and locations, required a comprehensive suite of safety training courses. The primary challenge was twofold: first, the courses had to meet strict compliance requirements under Australian workplace standards. Second, the training needed to be engaging and interactive to ensure effective learning and retention, moving beyond generic, static content that often overwhelms users. The final content was required to be SCORM-compliant for seamless upload into the client's existing Learning Management System (LMS) and had to include robust competency checks to verify learner understanding.
The Imagine8 team designed and developed a series of fully interactive SCORM courses covering key workplace safety and behaviour topics. Each module was strategically built to ensure regulatory compliance, instructional clarity, and high user engagement.
